On even-numbered days, take one full tablespoon seed or nut butter (from spoon, not on toast or crackers)
Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday upon waking shriek loudly “eeeeee.”
Tuesdays and Thursdays howl “aaaaaaargh.”
As available, morning chant ritual can be performed standing on a cliff overlooking the ocean, or visualizing similar/same.
Saturdays do 5 squats.
